Afternoon Session
1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Greetings and Free Play
Children transition into the space by choosing their own activities from materials available in the classroom including books, manipulatives, blocks, trucks and trains etc.


Story/Circle Time
Circle time is a chance for teachers and children to "check in", sing songs, play simple song and movement games, hear a story, do show and tell etc.

Quiet Time
Soft, relaxing music is playing while children nap or quietly rest.

Specialty Classes
Art, Music and Movement, and Cooking and Story-making/Puppet Play classes are offered throughout the week.

Snack
We start snack with a song of thanks.

Outdoor Activities/Open Studio
Children play in courtyard with large cars, playhouse, bubbles, pull toys etc. Art Studio is also set-up with various activities for those who choose to be inside.
